Artist Julie Ouellet has just completed her first "1%" project, made possible by the Quebec government's Policy for the Integration of the Arts in Architecture and the Environment. "Foisonnement" was created for the Armand-Corbeil high school in Terrebonne. It is a two-part work, visible from several vantage points.
The artist comments: "With pleasure, I discover, once installed, its potential to take advantage of the ambient natural light."
