Today is Françoise Sullivan's 100th birthday. We've had the immense privilege of collaborating with her for over 15 years, whether presenting her new work or mounting retrospective projects. Active for over seven decades, she never ceases to amaze. See her exhibition at our gallery until July 15, as well as the virtual exhibition "An Imaginary Line" on the Galerie de l'UQAM website; then, head to the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts in the fall for her exhibition of recent paintings. Two of her paintings will be included in the tribute to Jean Paul Riopelle at the National Gallery of Canada. Meanwhile, her work will be on view at the Maison de la culture du Plateau-Mont-Royal and the Musée d'art contemporain de Baie-Saint-Paul this summer.
Join us in wishing one of our greatest artists a happy birthday!
